INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
15oz No Sugar Added Tomato Sauce
4oz Green Chiles
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Minced
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
6 Almond Tortillas
6 Eggs Cooked Sunny Side Up
Suggested Toppings: Avocado, Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Cilantro, Onions and Tomatoes.
ASSEMBLY
- In a large pan over low heat add chicken, garlic, tomato sauce, green chiles, chili powder and cumin.
- Simmer on low for 35 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Warm tortillas over low heat on a frying pan.
- Top tortillas with chicken, egg and toppings of your choice!
