INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 LBS Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon White Truffle Oil
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Black Truffle Salt to Top
1 Onion Sliced
8oz Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Couple handfuls of Arugula
4 Slices of Swiss Cheese optional
ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl combine egg, truffle oil, garlic, onion powder and Worcestershire. Mix well.
- Add ground beef and mix well combining all ingredients. Form 4 patties.
- Heat grill to 400° – 450°F.
- On a large sauté pan add avocado oil, balsamic, onions and mushrooms. Sauté over medium heat while burgers are grilling.
- Place burger patties on the grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3 minutes. Top with cheese if using and grill for another minute or two.
- Place burgers on arugula and top with a dash or two of black truffle salt, onions and mushrooms.
