INGREDIENTS
1 Large or 2 Small Celery Root Sliced into Fry Strips
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons White Truffle Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Black Truffle Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Parmesan Shreds to top *OPTIONAL
ASSEMBLY
- Coat the celery root with avocado oil and sea salt.
- In a small mixing dish mix truffle oil, truffle salt and garlic. Mix well and set aside.
- Place fries in the air fryer at 400° F.
- Bake for 8 minutes and flip fries, bake for an additional 8 minutes, flip and bake for 5 more minutes or until desired crispiness.
- Place fries in a bowl and coat with truffle oil mixture.
- Top with Parmesan and serve immediately.
