4 Cups Brussels Sprouts Cleaned and Cut in Half
3 Slices of Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
2 Tablespoons White Truffle Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Black Truffle Salt
- Over boiling water, steam the sprouts for 2 minutes.
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat combine sprouts, bacon, oil and salt.
- Sauté until evenly coated and warm.
- Serve immediately.
