INGREDIENTS
1.25 LBS Ground Beef
1/2 Yellow Pepper Diced
1/2 Green Pepper Diced
1/2 Red Pepper Diced
15oz Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Cumin
Handful Cilantro Finely Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a large skillet over medium low heat, brown beef.
- Mix together seasoning, tomato sauce and peppers. Add mixture to beef and stir. Simmer for a couple minutes and add cilantro.
