CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
1 LB Ground Chicken Breast
3/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
1/4 Cup Green Onions Diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons GF Tamari
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 Cups Bean Sprouts Chopped
2 Tablespoons Cilantro Chopped
Romaine Leaves to Serve
SWEET and SOUR INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoons Granulated Monk Fruit
1/4 Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Sub
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons GF Tamari
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl combine the sweet and sour ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Add the chicken to a medium sized frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook and crumble the chicken.
- When chicken is fully cooked add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. 5. Cook until heated through.
- Serve on romaine leaves and top with sweet and sour sauce.
