INGREDIENTS
2 Rutabagas, Peeled and Cut into Fries
AVO to coat
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Oregano
1/8 Teaspoon Basil
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- In a large bowl add rutabaga and coat with AVO.
- Air-fry at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Tossing occasionally. Depending on air-fry size, this might need to be done in two batches.
- While fries are cooking, make seasoning. Add all seasoning to a small mixing bowl.
- When fries are done put back into the AVO bowl and coat with remaining AVO. Sprinkle with seasoning and coat.
