CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2-3 Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons AVO
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
.25 Teaspoon Salt
VEGETABLE INGREDIENTS
2 Bell Peppers
2 Tablespoons Finely Diced Cilantro
1 Tablespoon AVO
1.5 Teaspoons Chili Powder
.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
.25 Teaspoon Salt
SUGGESTED ADDITIONAL BOWL INGREDIENTS
Cauli Rice
Lettuce
Pico
Guacamole
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl make chicken marinade. Mix all ingredients together and coat chicken.
- In a small bowl make veggie marinade. Mix all ingredients together and coat veggies.
- Cook chicken in the air fryer at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let sit while cooking veggies.
- Add veggies and cook for 3 minutes or until desired texture.
- Slice chicken and serve with veggies and any of the suggested bowl ingredients.
- If you don’t have an air fryer this could easily be done in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken first, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Let sit and cook veggies until desired texture.
