GF Pizza Crust, we used @cappellos
1/4 Cup Pesto
1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onion
1 Cup Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
1/2 Cup Artichoke Hearts Chopped
2oz Mascarpone Cheese
2 Tablespoons Kalamata Olives Sliced
1 – 2 Tablespoon Crumbled Goat Cheese
Handful of Arugula
White Truffle Oil to Top optional
ASSEMBLY
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
- Prep pizza. Top with pesto, chicken, artichoke, olives, both types of cheese, and top with red onion.
- Bake and top with arugula. Lightly drizzle with oil.
