CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon GF Worcestershire
1 Teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Cup GF Tamari
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
SALAD INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup Red Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
1/4 Cup Celery Diced
1/4 Cup Green Olives Sliced
1 Tablespoon Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire
1/4 Teaspoon Tabasco
1/8 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1 Tablespoon AVO
Salt and Pepper
CHICKEN ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate chicken.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add all salad ingredients. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
- You can air-fry the chicken at 400 for 10-12 minutes, or grill.
- Heat the grill to 450.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes. - Serve chicken with Bloody Mary Salad.
