INGREDIENTS
1LB Ground Pork OR Chicken
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
1 Tablespoon GF Tamari
2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1 Cup Small Broccoli Florets
1 Cup Snow Peas Chopped
1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
1/4 Cup Green Onions Diced
2 Cups Green Cabbage Finely Shredded
1/2 Cup Purple Cabbage Shredded
Handful of Cilantro Chopped
1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame
Sriracha to Top
ASSEMBLY
- In a large sauté pan or skillet add sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Sauté and add pork. Brown pork and crumble.
- In a small mixing bowl add sriracha, Tamari, and coconut aminos. Mix well and add to pork.
- Stir in veggies, cover and cook for a couple minutes until desired veggie texture. Stir in cilantro.
- Serve in bowls and top with toasted sesame seeds.
