GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 Egg
.75 Cup AVO
1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Dijon
.75 Teaspoon Salt
Few Dashes of Fresh Cracked Pepper
CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons AVO
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 – 3 Chicken Breasts Cut into Bite Sized Pieces
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon Butter or Ghee
GARLIC SAUCE ASSEMBLY
- In a food processor add 1/4 cup oil, mustard, egg, and salt. Process until smooth and yellow.
- VERY slowly add the oil. This took me about 4 -5 minutes to add. The slower the better!
- Add lemon juice and cracked pepper, process for 5 seconds.
- Chill, this is best served cold.
CHICKEN ASSEMBLY - In a small mixing bowl combine AVO, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Coat chicken with seasoning marinade.
- Air-Fry at 400 F for 10-12 minutes.
- In a small sauce pan melt butter or ghee. Add hot sauce and simmer on low.
- When chicken is done coat with hot sauce and serve.
