LAMB INGREDIENTS
1LB Ground Lamb
1 Egg
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Marjoram
1/2 Tablespoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Suggested Toppings: Cucumber, tomato, red onion, and lettuce.
TZATZIKI SAUCE
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Full-fat Almond or Greek Yogurt
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Dill
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Red Onion Diced
TZATZIKI ASSEMBLY
- In a food processor add cucumber, pulse until loosely minced.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add remaining sauce ingredients, stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
LAMB ASSEMBLY - In a food processor, pulse onions until minced.
- In a large bowl add onion, egg, garlic powder, marjoram, Rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add lamb, mix well until fully combined. Form 8 small slider patties.
- Set grill pan over medium heat. Add patties and lightly cover with foil to avoid splatter.
- Cook around 4 minutes per side.
- Serve with sauce and toppings.
