INGREDIENTS
1 Large Zucchini, Spiraled
1 Tablespoon AVO
1/2 Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
15oz Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 LB Ground Beef
ASSEMBLY
- In a large sauté pan over medium high heat add AVO, onions, and 1/2 Tablespoon of garlic.
- Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Stir in sauce, paste, Italian, and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- In a medium sized sauté pan over medium heat add a spoonful of butter, ghee or AVO. Add remaining garlic and zucchini zoodles with a pinch or two of salt, sauté for a couple minutes until desired texture.
- Serve with sauce.
