INGREDIENTS
1 Medium Sized Rutabaga
1/4 of an Onion Diced
1 Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon AVO
ASSEMBLY
- Cut the rutabaga into large chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse until minced. Place rutabaga in a medium sized bowl.
- Add onion to the food processor and mince. Add onion to rutabaga.
- In a small bowl add egg and seasoning. Mix well.
- Add egg to rutabaga bowl and mix well.
- Place a large sized sauté pan over medium heat. Add AVO and rutabaga mixture.
- Heat for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
