TOMATILLO GUAC INGREDIENTS
1 Ripe Avocado
1 Handful Cilantro
1 Cup No Sugar Added Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken Breasts Cut into Bite Size Pieces
1 Chipotle Pepper
2 Tablespoons AVO
1/2 Tablespoon ACV
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
TOMATILLO ASSEMBLY
- In a food processor combine all ingredients. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and chill.
CHICKEN INGREDIENTS - Add all ingredients except the chicken to the food processor. Process until smooth.
- Coat chicken well.
- Air-fry at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with tomatillo guac.
