INGREDIENTS
3 LBS Pork Shoulder
2.5 Cups Bell Peppers Diced
1 Onion Diced
28oz Crushed Tomatoes
28oz Diced Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
Handful of Cilantro chopped
ASSEMBLY
- Brown all sides of pork over medium high heat.
- While pork is browning, add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
- Add pork and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred pork, add cilantro and cook on low for another hour.
