PATTY INGREDIENTS
1LB Ground Pork
1LB Ground Beef
1.5 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Cup Onion Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Almond Powder
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Fennel
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS
15oz No Sugar Added Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Onions Diced
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon AVO
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
PATTY ASSEMBLY
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the beef and pork.
- Mix well.
- Combine beef and pork and mix well.
- Form 9-10 patties. The patties and the sauce can be put into the freezer for a second meal later!
- Place 3-4 patties in an air-fryer at 370 for 10-12 minutes.
SAUCE ASSEMBLY - While patties are frying, make sauce.
- In a small sauce pan add AVO, garlic, and onion. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer until patties are done.
- Serve patties with sauce.
