INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons Cassava Flour
1 Cup Blanched Almond Flour
3 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
5 Eggs
AVO to Coat
ASSEMBLY
- In a food processor combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
- Coat a large donut / bagel pan with AVO.
- Equally pour batter into the donut pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes.
