CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon ACV
1 Tablespoon AVO
SALAD INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Shredded Cabbage
1 Celery Stalk Diced
Half Cucumber Sliced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1/4 Cup Green Onion Diced
Handful of Cilantro Diced
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
1.5 Teaspoons ACV
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon AVO
- In a medium sized bowl add chicken marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate chicken.
- In a small mixing bowl add salad dressing ingredients. Mix well.
- In a large bowl add all salad ingredients except cilantro. Mix in salad dressing. Coat well and refrigerate for an hour.
- In an air fryer add chicken and cook at 400 for 11-12 minutes.
- Add cilantro to salad, mix well.
- Plate salad and top with sliced chicken. ✨
