INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil Melted
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
2 Eggs Room Temp
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Cup Paleo Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
ASSEMBLY
- With an electric mixer combine coconut oil, almond butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Roll cookie dough into 12 balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Lightly press each cookie with a fork.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
