PORK INGREDIENTS
1LB Thick or Thin Cut Boneless Pork Chops
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
SALAD INGREDIENTS
Head of Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce Chopped
Grape Tomatoes Sliced
Red Onion Sliced
Handful of Cilantro Chopped
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1.5 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon Coconut Vinegar
2 Tablespoons AVO
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl combine all of the pork ingredients to make marinade. Marinate pork over night.
- In a small bowl make salad dressing by whisking together all of the ingredients. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill to 450° F.
- Grill the pork for 5 minutes.
Flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes. Half the time for thin cut. - Remove the pork from the grill and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Dress the salad in a large bowl.
- Plate and serve with pork.
