BARBACOA INGREDIENTS
5 LB Beef Chuck Roast
1.5 Cup Beef Bone Broth
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Chipotle Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander
1 Teaspoon Paprika
SALAD INGREDIENTS
Almond Tortillas
Lettuce
Favorite Taco Salad Toppings
ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the beef. Mix well.
- In a large frying pan, brown all sides of meat.
- Place in a slow cooker and top with seasoning mixture.
- Cook on low for 10 hours.
- Shred meat.
- Gently place almond tortillas in ramekins and form a bowl. Bake at 350 until they become golden brown.
- Fill taco bowls with lettuce, Barbacoa, and favorite taco salad ingredients.
