INGREDIENTS
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos
2 Tablespoons ACV
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne or Chipotle
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
3 Tablespoons AVO
1/4 Teaspoon Minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon Coconut Vinegar
Baby or Green Leaf Lettuce
Avocados Sliced
Red Onion Sliced
Grape Tomatoes
Handful of Cilantro Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine coconut aminos, ACV, and minced garlic. Marinate Chicken.
- In a small mixing bowl combine all of the spices.
- Place chicken in an air fryer and sprinkle seasoning on top. Air Fry at 400 for 10-11 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl make salad dressing by whisking together AVO, Coconut Vinegar and garlic.
- In a large salad bowl add veggies and dress salad.
- Top with sliced chicken and avocado.
