INGREDIENTS
1/2 Onion Sliced
2 Cups Bell Peppers Sliced
3 Chicken Breasts Sliced
2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
2 Tablespoons AVO
1/4 Teaspoons Chipotle Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Cumin
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl add all of the ingredients beginning with the coconut aminos down to the garlic powder. Mix well.
- In a large bowl add chicken and veggies. Coat with fajita sauce.
- Place everything on a sheet pan and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.
