INGREDIENTS
1LB Ground Chicken
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1 Cup Small Broccoli Florets
1 Cup Green Beans Chopped
1/4 Cup Carrot Ribbons
1/4 Cup Red Onions Diced
2 Cups Green or Napa Cabbage Finely Shredded
1/2 Cup Purple Cabbage Shredded
Handful of Cilantro Chopped
Sriracha to Top
Lettuce Leaves for Wraps
ASSEMBLY
- In a large sauté pan or skillet add sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Sauté and add chicken. Brown and crumble.
- In a small mixing bowl add sriracha, and coconut aminos. Mix well and add to chicken.
- Stir in veggies, cover and cook for a couple minutes until desired veggie texture. Stir in cilantro.
- Serve in bowls or lettuce wraps. Or both! Garnish with carrot ribbons, cilantro and sriracha.
