INGREDIENTS
1 LB Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Celery Diced
1/4 Cup Onion Diced
2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup, we used @primalkitchenfoods
Salt and Pepper to Top
ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl combine celery, onion, almond milk, egg, almond flour, salt, coconut aminos, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Add ground beef to mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place mixture into a meatloaf pan, sprinkle with a couple dashes of salt and pepper. Top with ketchup.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
