PICKLE INGREDIENTS
1 Large or 4 Small Pickling Cucumbers Sliced
1/2 Cup Coconut Vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Paper Flakes
Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Tablespoon Dried Dill
PORK INGREDIENTS
4-5 LBS Pork Loin
1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup Cumin
1/4 Cup Paprika
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
4 Teaspoons Salt
1.5 Tablespoons Onion Powder
3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
6 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Beef Bone Broth
PICKLE ASSEMBLY
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Shake, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Done!
PORK INGREDIENTS - Brown all sides of pork over medium heat.
- Add beef broth to a slow cooker, then pork.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over pork.
- Cook on low for 10 hours, flipping once halfway through.
- Shred and serve with pickles! We had these as lettuce wraps, and regular wraps on almond tortillas. I served them with pickles, onions, and red cabbage.
