KEBOB INGREDIENTS
3/4 LB Beef Tenderloin Cut into 2” Bite Size Pieces
2 Chicken Breasts Cut into 2” Bite Size Pieces
Bell Peppers and Red Onions cut into 2” Bite Size Pieces
MARINADE INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Powder
2 Teaspoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized bowl add all marinade ingredients. It will form into a paste like texture.
- Coat veggies with half the marinade. Coat meat with half the marinade.
- Separately, thread the veggies, beef, and chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to high heat, roughly 550° F.
- First, grill meat. Grill for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3 minutes on the other side. Set aside.
- Grill veggies to desired cooked texture.
- Serve as is, or with your favorite fajita tortillas and toppings!
