PORK INGREDIENTS
1LB Thin Cut Boneless Pork Chops
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Salt
BREADING INGREDIENTS
1.5 Cups Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS
28oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Avocado Oil
PORK ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add almond milk, coconut aminos, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add pork and marinate.
BREADING ASSEMBLY - In a small mixing bowl combine Almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Set aside.
TOMATO SAUCE ASSEMBLY - In a medium sized sauce pan, add tomatoes, garlic, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook on low and bring to a simmer. Stirring occasionally.
PORK ASSEMBLY - In a medium sized bowl whisk together the eggs.
- Coat a large skillet with avocado oil.
- Working in batches, remove pork from marinade. Dip pork in the eggs, coat with breading, and set in the skillet.
- Brown pork chops on medium heat. When brown, gently flip and brown the other side. The breading can easily come off, so be gentle!
- When both sides are brown, add pork to the serving plates and top with tomato sauce.
