INGREDIENTS
1 Large Celery Root Peeled and Diced
16oz Cauli Florets Fresh or Frozen
Chicken or Veggie Broth to Cover
1/4 Cup Melted Butter or Ghee
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
Couple Dashes of Cracked Pepper and Salt to Top
ASSEMBLY
- In a large sauce pan add celery root and cauliflower. Cover with broth.
- Bring to a boil, then boil for about 5 minutes until everything is fork tender.
- In a small bowl mix together ghee, salt, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Strain and add celery root, cauliflower, and ghee to a food processor.
- Process until smooth and fluffy.
- Top with a couple dashes of salt and pepper.
