1 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Chipotle Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Avocado Oil
2 Chicken Breasts

SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
Couple Dashes of Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1.5 Tablespoons Cilantro Finely Diced

SALAD INGREDIENTS
4 – 6 Cups Green Leaf Lettuce Chopped
Grapes Tomatoes
Red Onion
Avocado Slices
Handful of Cilantro Chopped

- In a small mixing bowl add all of the chicken marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate chicken.
- In a small jar add all dressing ingredients. Mix well, and set aside.
- Add chicken to the air fryer at 400 for 10-11 minutes. Slice.
- Add salad ingredients (except avocado) to a large salad bowl, add dressing and mix until evenly dressed.
- Plate salad and top with chicken and avocado.
