INGREDIENTS
12oz Smoked Kielbasa
3/4 Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
1 Small Poblano Chopped
1 Small Zucchini Chopped
1 Small Onion Chopped
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Salt
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl add salt, oregano, parsley, AVO, coconut aminos, paprika, and garlic. Mix well.
- In a large bowl add veggies and sausage. Top with oil mixture and coat sausage and veggies.
- Pour onto a sheet pan and bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
