INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Ghee
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Dijon
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon Dried Chives
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Dash of Cayenne
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Egg Yolk
ASSEMBLY
1. Melt the ghee in a small sauce pan over low heat.
2. Add the remaining ingredients except the cream and the egg yolk.
3. Heat and whisk the sauce.
4. Add cream and blend with an immersion blender until creamy and smooth.
5. Add the egg yolk and blend.
6. This sauce goes great with EVERYTHING!
