MARINADE INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
1 Teaspoon Cumin
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1.5 LBS Chicken Breasts Cut into Chunks
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Cup Strained Tomatoes
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
1.5 Teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
Cilantro to Garnish
- Mix all of the marinade ingredients together.
- Add the chicken and marinate for 24 hours.
- Add the butter to a medium sized skillet. Melt the butter over medium heat.
- Make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
- Cook the chicken on all sides, until the chicken is completely white.
- Add the sauce and any leftover marinade.
- Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro.
