AIOLI INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Mayo (Make your own! Search the link in my bio for my recipe)
2 handfuls of Cilantro
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Green Onion
CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
6 Drummies
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Traditional Cajun Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
Avocado Oil to Coat
AIOLI ASSEMBLY
1. In a food processor add all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
CHICKEN ASSEMBLY
1. Lightly coat the drummies with the AVO. Evenly coat the Drummies with the seasoning.
2. Air-Fry at 370 for 35-37 minutes.
3. Serve with the Aioli.
