TRUFFLE FRY INGREDIENTS
6T + 2Teaspoons of Coconut Flour
3 Teaspoons of Xanthan Gum
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan
10 Tablespoons Hot Water
1 Teaspoon Truffle Salt, More to Coat
Truffle Oil
Avocado Oil
ASSEMBLY
1. Place flour, Xanthan gum, Parmesan, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add in the hot water and knead the dough with a spatula until fully incorporated.
3. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes
4. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until flat. Cut into French fry shapes with a pizza cutter.
5. Add a generous amount of avocado oil to a medium sized pan. Enough to cover fries and heat over medium high heat.
6. Place the fries in the oil and flip when they are golden brown and easily remove from the pan. Place on a paper towel.
7. Air fry at 400 until dark brown (but not burnt). Only a couple minutes.
8. Remove from air fryer and coat with truffle oil and salt.
9. Serve immediately.
