STEAK INGREDIENTS
1LB NY Strip
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
3/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1.5 Teaspoons Avocado Oil
1.5 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1.5 Teaspoons Sriracha
CASHEW INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Raw Cashews
Coconut Aminos to Coat
Avocado Oil to Coat
SALAD INGREDIENTS
Green Leaf Lettuce Chopped
Red Bell Peppers Chopped
Cilantro Chopped
Broccoli Slaw
Green Pea Pods
Pan Fried Asparagus Chopped
STEAK ASSEMBLY
1. Mix all of the ingredients and marinate the steak. Preferably overnight.
2. Preheat the grill to High Heat roughly 550°F.
3. Place the steaks on the grill for 5 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 4 minutes on the other side for a medium rare steak.
4. Adjust cooking time based on personal preference.
5. Set aside for 10 minutes. Do not cover.
6. Thinly slice.
CASHEW ASSEMBLY
1. Lightly coat cashews with oil and coconut aminos. Place on a small baking sheet.
2. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel.
DRESSING ASSEMBLY
1. In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.
SALAD INGREDIENTS
1. In a large salad bowl combine all ingredients except the steak and cashews.
2. Evenly coat the salad with the dressing, and plate the salad.
3. Top each salad with steak and cashews.
