BUTTER INGREDIENTS
16oz of Salted Butter, Room Temp
6 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Packed Basil Leaves
Cracked Pepper
POPOVERS INGREDIENTS
5 Tablespoons Arrowroot
3 Tablespoons Cassava Flour
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
4 Eggs Room Temperature
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream or Full-Fat Coconut Milk
Avocado Oil to Coat
BUTTER ASSEMBLY
1. Place the garlic cloves in foil, drizzle with Avocado Oil and wrap.
2. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes. Until garlic is fragrant and soft.
3. Cool the garlic.
4. Add remaining ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
5. Serve with warm popovers.
POPOVER ASSEMBLY
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the arrowroot, cassava, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt.
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and cream or coconut milk.
3. Whisk together the flour mixture into the egg bowl.
4. Whisk until completely smooth and no lumps.
5. Grease a popover pan with avocado oil, pour the mixture into each popover cup. About 1/3 cup each to make 6 large popovers.
6. Bake at 450°F for 15 Minutes.
Turn oven down to 350°F and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Or until golden brown.
7. Do not open the oven until they are complete.
