WRAP INGREDIENTS
1 LB Ground Turkey
1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger Shredded
1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
1/3 Cup Coconut Aminos
Lettuce Leaves

PINEAPPLE SALSA INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Diced
1/4 Cup Red Onion Diced
2/3 Cup Cilantro Leaves Chopped
2 Tablespoons Jalapeño Diced
Couple Dashes Pink Himalayan Salt

HOT HONEY
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos

ASSEMBLY
- Prep the salsa. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix and chill until ready to serve.
- Prep the hot honey. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix and set aside until ready to serve.
- Prep the Turkey. Add the ground Turkey to a medium sized skillet. Brown and crumble over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, salt, and coconut aminos. Mix well and turn to low.
- Let the Turkey simmer on low while the coconut aminos cook into the Turkey. About 10-15 minutes.
- Serve by placing the Turkey on a lettuce wrap, top with salsa, and drizzle with honey.
