INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Bread Flour
2 1/4 Teaspoon Instant Rise Yeast
1 1/2 Teaspoons Coconut Sugar
3 Teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
I 1/2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Cup Room Temp Water
1/2 Cup Sourdough Starter
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Spoonful of Minced Garlic

ASSEMBLY
- In a standing mixer bowl add 1 cup of flour, yeast, coconut sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.
- In a small bowl combine the AVO, water, and sourdough starter. Mix well and add to the flour mixture. Stir well with a wooden spoon.
- Gradually add the remaining flour. Knead for 5 minutes with a dough hook.
- Drizzle a separate bowl with avocado oil. Using a rubber spatula, add the dough. Gently cover the dough with the avocado oil. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm area for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425.
- Lightly dust a piece of parchment paper with flour. Place the dough on top. If necessary, put flour on your hands to form the pizza shape. Using your hands, gently form the pizza dough – starting in the middle and slowly working towards the outside.
- Place the dough on a pizza pan. Top with favorite toppings. Brush the outside of the crust with the melted butter and garlic.
- Bake at 425 until the the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
