1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
1.25 Teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives Diced
1/4 Teaspoon Dill
1 Cup Full-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

FRENCH FRY INGREDIENTS
2 Russet Potatoes cut into fry sticks
1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt, more to soak
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Avocado Oil to Coat

RANCH ASSEMBLY
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Chill until ready to serve
FRY ASSEMBLY
- Soak the fries. Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl. Cover the potatoes with water and generously sprinkle with pink salt. Soak for 4-8 hours. Rinse and lay on a kitchen towel. Pat dry.
- Add the fries to a medium sized mixing bowl. Lightly cover with avocado oil.
- Sprinkle half the seasoning onto the fries and mix well. Add the remaining seasoning, mix well until the potatoes are fully coated with the oil and seasoning.
- Add the fries to an air-fryer. Air fry on the fry setting until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with ranch dipping sauce!
