INGREDIENTS
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
4oz Full-Fat Plain Cream Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar, Preferably Raw
½ LB Grass-Fed Ground Beef
½ Tablespoon Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ Teaspoon Coriander
¾ Teaspoon Cumin
½ Cup Salsa – No Sugar Added
¾ Cup Red, Yellow or Orange Bell Peppers Diced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized frying pan, add the ground beef.
- Brown the ground beef over medium low heat.
- In a small bowl, combine all of the seasonings.
- Add the seasonings and the salsa to the ground beef. Mix well until fully combined.
- In a medium sized saucepan add the heavy cream. Heat on low until the cream is hot.
- Add the cream cheese and whisk until melted and fully combined.
- Add the shredded cheese and mix until melted and fully combined.
- Add the ground beef mixture and the bell peppers. Mix well until heated through and fully combined.
- Add the cilantro and serve! Enjoy!
