INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Whole Milk
1 ½ Cups Coconut Sugar
3 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Teaspoon Pure Ground Vanilla
2 Bars of Salty Dark Chocolate, Smashed into Chunks
1 Cup Mint Leaves Loosely Packed
1 Teaspoon Sip Herbals Peppermint
ASSEMBLY
- In a food processor add the mint leaves and the sip herbals peppermint mocha. Mix well until fully combined an reduced to a loose paste.
- Add all of the items with the exception of the chocolate to a stand mixture. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the ingredients to an ice cream maker and make the ice cream according to the machine instructions.
- 5 minutes before the ice cream is done, add the chocolate. Continue making the ice cream for an additional 5 minutes.
