INGREDIENTS
1 LB Skirt Steak
1 Teaspoon Chipotle Powder
3/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Chili Powder
ASSEMBLY
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients to form a marinade.
2. Marinate steak for at least 24 hours for extra tenderness.
3. Preheat grill on high heat, roughly 550° Fahrenheit.
4. Place the steak on the grill for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3 minutes on the other side for a medium rare steak.
5. Adjust cooking time based on personal preference.
6. Set aside for 10 minutes to let the steak collect its juices. Do not cover.
7. Thinly slice and serve with your favorite taco toppings and tortillas!
