INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Rolled Oats
2 Cups Raw Walnuts
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Teaspoon Faux Joe Coffee by Sip Herbals, “Cinnamon Roll Flavor”
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 1 Teaspoon if you do not have the Sip Herbals Cinnamon Roll Flavor
½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Cup Honey
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoons Ground Pure Vanilla
ASSEMBLY
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Mix well until oats and nuts are fully covered with the honey and syrup.
- Evenly spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350F for 24 – 26 minutes. Halfway through, stir the mixture and spread evenly on the parchment paper.
- Cool the granola for 45 – 60 minutes.
- After the granola is completely cooled, break the granola with your hands.
- Store in an airtight container.
