INGREDIENTS
1 Yellow Onion Sliced
2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized frying pan melt butter and add onion. Sauté until brown, translucent and fragrant. Stirring often to prevent the onions from burning.
- When the onions are caramelized add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Chill and ENJOY!
