INGREDIENTS
1LB Grass-fed Ground Beef
12oz Penne Pasta
½ Large Onion Diced
25oz Marinara – Refined Sugar Free
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1 ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella
ASSEMBLY
- In a large frying pan, add the ground beef and onion. Sauté and brown on medium low heat until fully cooked and crumbled.
- While the ground beef is browning, cook the pasta in a large soup pot or dutch oven according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain the pasta, and rinse with cold water.
- Transfer the pasta back to the large pot and add the ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients with the exception of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the pasta to a medium sized baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375 until the cheese is melted and the pasta is completely warm, about 30 – 40 minutes.
