INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Lovebird Honey O’s
1 Cup Cashews, Unroasted and Unsalted
1 Cup Walnuts, Unroasted and Unsalted
5 Tablespoons Salted Butter, Melted
2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
¾ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons Coconut Sugar
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the butter, coconut aminos, salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and coconut sugar.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the cereal, cashews, and walnuts.
- Working in batches add a little bit of the butter mixture to the cereal bowl, and mix well.
- Continue adding and mixing the butter until it’s gone.
- Make sure the cereal is evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Evenly pour the cereal mixture on the parchment paper.
- Bake at 200F for 45 – 50 minutes.
- Cool the snack mix and serve.
- Store in an air-tight container.
