INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¾ Cup Grated Parmesan
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and coconut aminos.
- Slowly whisk in the EVOO until fully combined.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with green leaf or romaine lettuce, croutons, and shredded parmesan.
